Dr. Timothy Milburn launched his practice in Medina in the year 2000. In 2005, he and his wife, Dr. Anna Milburn, expanded their practice to include a second location in Wooster. 

Dr. Milburn has extensive experience with complicated contact lens fits including soft and rigid bifocal lens designs. He manages patients with ocular disease including glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy. A true family practice optometrist, Dr. Milburn examines toddlers and infants as young as six months and has been a strong advocate for children’s eye care at the national level.

Dr. Tim Milburn is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Optometry in Columbus, Ohio. As part of his training, he externed in the Department of Ophthalmology at The Ohio State University Medical Center. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in the Biological Sciences from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio and is a graduate of Revere High School in Bath, Ohio.

Dr. Annamarie Milburn is skilled at treating eye emergencies and ocular disease. She is an extremely efficient and thorough clinician, known for diagnosing problems that often go undetected. In addition to her skill as an optometrist, Dr. Anna is a mother and has a special way with young children. Parents often request Dr. Anna for their kids’s eye exams because of her ability to put children at ease.

Dr. Anna Milburn is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Optometry and completed her Bachelor's of Science in the Biological Sciences from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Dr. Anna's externship in Ocular Disease was completed at the Columbus, Ohio Veterans Affairs Clinic.
